Winstrol comes in two forms, injectable and oral.  Both are very popular and both should be taken daily (injection can be taken every other day). The injectable version often gives better results in the same doses due to the oral else breaks down a bit in the liver. But on the other hand, the oral version has the advantage that you do not need to inject every other day with evil muscles.

Since it is the same substance, regardless of method, it makes no sense to use Winstrol for a long time. It is a little less toxic to the liver than most 17-alpha alkylbaserade substances, so it can be a bit longer, as far as 8 weeks, but longer than it makes no sense.

The special thing about Winstrol is that it has no estrogen side-effects which can create "bitch tits" and fluid retention. There are also studies showing that it has a blocking effect on estrogen and this may be useful to combine with such testosterone.

Substantal increases are nothing you would expect of stanozolol (it has a weak androgenic effect), but it fits just fine to raise a bit and maintain muscle mass during a cutting. In the bodybuilding world used Winstrol often completed in order to maintain muscle mass built up or as a supplement to get the maximum out of a cure. But it is also used by some in the beginning just because it binds tightly they androgen receptors and can this create "extra strength". In short one can say that Winstrol is a good preparation as well for beginners as for professionals.
